I had dizziness and water in nose problems when I started. After half year
trying different techniques and listening to multiple people, I can do it
almost perfectly. (P.S. I swim at least 20 days/month)
When you are approaching the wall with only 2 feet left, you stroke the last
time and place both arms along your body and curl up your body with chin
down, and feet up, and use fore arms to redirect to opposite direction.
