I have seen several other threads complaining about pain in here and there
while they are doing exercise. I mean, come on, man. I got pain all over my
body every day after exercise, and I still f*** in and F*** off in pool
every day without giving a shit of complain.
Sorry I have to be mean this time. Finger sore/pain during swimming is too
much for people to be whining. |

不是稍微疼,是相当疼而且一直持续着,严重影响滑水。
没有这个问题的人,估计体会不到我们的痛苦。
不过我觉得这个跟生理结构可能有些关系,
我的手指关节相当地死,要尽全力才能伸得勉强算比较直,
很多运动到了一定程度都会感觉手指关节疼痛。
建议前面lz如果是指关节疼痛,下水前多作手掌屈伸的活动,
就是攥紧拳头——完全打开,反复重复多次,会有一定帮助。

我自学波蛙的时候,膝盖、屁股都疼过,自学自由泳的时候,右肩一度疼到无法游泳,
当时以为这辈子都别游了。
我觉得如果是肌肉疼,比如自由泳,胳膊的肱三头肌,背部的肌肉,这没什么,注意恢
复,多练就是。
如果是关节痛,不管什么关节,哪怕手指,都应该引起重视。一个是因为关节的伤一旦
攒下很难治,再就是因为关节疼往往不是因为训练强度大,而是因为姿势不正确引起的
。比如我的右肩,就是因为刚开始学自由泳的时候,转体不够,高肘移臂也不够却贸然
发力造成的。
其实换个角度,关节疼也是提高技术的契机,哪的关节疼,就说明那个关节的动作不对
头,需要改进。
具体到你蛙泳长游的时候手指疼,我个人没有过类似经历,是不是可以试着在抱水的时
候多用小臂发力带动双手,而不是手指发力。 |
