The reason is that only coach can see how well or bad you or your kid are
doing, thus lay out prescription accordingly.
Or, you tape yourself then post here, just like me. Then people can say
something.

whereas other strokes rely upon the arms. Therefore, a solid training
always starts with the legs. Once that is done, then moves to arms, and
finally the coordination of legs and arms.
