How likely are these two companies go public? Any information about the
company culture?

I don't like the prospect of both companies. Quantcast is a good company,
but its valuation from its most round of VC funding is insane. I think the
ad network bubble has already burst -- I am not sure what is Quantcast's
current valuation, but I wouldn't be surprised that its valuation has gone
down.
Blue Kai sells "user cookies" for ad targeting. It was "hot" for a while but
the space is becoming very crowed. Plus, I don't know any company that made
good money by selling data. My guess is that Blue Kai will be acquired by
someone down the road, but it's hard for me to imagine it will go IPO. It
does not have a sustainable business model to become an independent public
company.
