market cap is only 30x$18=$540m.
If anyone wants to pay double price, he can get the company at $1B, but I
doubt anyone even want to pay premium considering its zero EPS.

personally thinks it worth maybe 1-3 billion and not more. However, our

higher. that is the hard thing for stock valuation.
散户其实没什么大的力量，stock prices are set by fund managers, they sell,
the price falls, they buy, the stock rises.
i personally like groupon a lot, i think it is the next version of
advertising model. version one is display ads, yahoo/facebook, version 2 is
google search. version 3 is groupon.
however, most of the stocks I like eventually falls :)

institutions based on how many institutions like them.
As for Groupon. I don't think it has a lot of potential. To make the IPO,
this year it spends 610 Million just for makerting so far. Last year it
spends 91M for the whole year.
Its business model is very people intensive. It needs to persuade many mom
and papa shops to sign in. That is not an easy task. A lot of shops got
tricked in and lost big.
