Normally the company said target bonus is *%.
Will they pay more than this target bonus or this is the highest one they wi
ll pay?

不过有的公司会加上company performance,比如google，经常说自己performance 200%
所以员工以2xtarget为mean发bonus，比如说yahoo，经常说自己performance 60%，所
以员工以0.6xtarget为mean发bonus。

google，target就是average了。
