, 从forefoot到heel strike都有。一直有人说Bekele的跑姿就象sprinter(当然实际上不是)。
有史以来最牛亚洲业余选手: (#16)

基本是midfoot,稍靠前。

们都有从1迈开始练,因为小腿吃不消。

脚跟同时也着地? 奔个光脚视频看看?

T****O 发帖数: 407 | 9 You are NOT an elite. (Me neither)
You don't want to mimic pro athletes; they have a team of doctors and
trainers to fine-tune their stride for them. You don't have such a resource

wrong and it will only hurt you. |

T****O 发帖数: 407 | 12 You must understand the difference between your body and pro athletes'.
They are pros for a good reason; their bodies are built for it. Yours is
less like that. Their pace and stride are designed and tuned for them
individually. You don't have such a resource. Don't trust your own
judgement because that'd be very likely biased or outright wrong. Otherwise
there'd be no professional coaches.
Pros will do whatever they can to win a race. Mid-foot landing? They will
land with their heels if that wins them a race.

T****O 发帖数: 407 | 14 There has to be a line. And this is one.
Injuries accumulated from running could be really, really bad. I can tell
you that.
If you want to mimic some elite runner, hire a personal trainer. You'll be
surprised by how little you know about pro/race running/training.

y******n 发帖数: 4527 | 15 I seriously doubt it.
Yes pros have a team behind them, and we do not. But it does not mean that
we know little about running.
For example, Advanced Marathoning is a book written by former elite runners.
Unless they are lying in the book (I would think there is zero chance for
that), they have told us how you should train for distance running. Many of
us here, together with lots of folks reading that book have shown that their
suggestions are exellent.
I believe that pro coaches have their own secret recipes. But they have to
be based on the scientific theory about distance running, which I dont think
we merely know little about.
We may do something wrong to just mimic a pro, but we have much less
training volume and it will reduce the chance of injury.

R*****s 发帖数: 41236 | 16 what you said makes a little sense, but, we can still
learn a lot from these pros.
Actually some Japan amateur runner runs much faster
than those pros.. Many rules are the same for all runners..
btw: How much MPW are you running? I'd rather learn from
somebody who is actually running..
Otherwise
will
