tried asics kahana, didn't feel right -- it was too soft. ended up buying
adidas kanadia TR 3. It's fairly light weight, and the soles are relatively
hard.
On the road: it feels a bit weird. There is not very much cushioning, but
fine with forefoot strike.
On dirt trail: pretty terrible. the traction isn't good on flat dirt trail.
definitely feels better in cumulus.

cushioning is great, not too soft and not too hard. It has thicker cushion
on the heel so I felt great during heel striking. Now it's OK, but a little
weird during forefoot landing. |

准好等你。

发帖数: 4931 | 7 most ultras allow you to drop a bag which they transport to a certain aid
station. For loop course you can just
leave your bag at the aid station near the starting line. Of course, if you
have friends/crew, they can also bring
the stuff to aid stations. In badwater ultramarathon, you are supposed to
have your own supporting vehicle
following you the entire way. Although, there are crazy solo runners who
does badwater while pushing a cart
of supplies.

it's a great road/trail hybrid. bought it on runningwareh, but never saw it
again afterwards.
