I vividly remember his face was pale after he completed

year's reach the beach relay.
After having run 4 legs and 25 miles, I was fairly tired and didn't refuel
well. I took a redbull before the 5th
leg. My heart was pumping like it was gonna pop out of my chest, even before
I started running, and my
teammate saw that my face was pale and my lips had no color. That final 4-
mile leg was painful -- I was on
the verge of passing out through the run.

I bet next time you would not push that hard

Running is like a comprehensive project.
Training, planning, fueling, haydration, recovery, ...
Everything has to be in place to produce the

it's very painful (in my heart) in some 'regular pace' races (under hot &

and never race again ````````
my conclusion is -- to prepare a race, we get to have enough break, nutrion
