举报信迅速引起连锁反应。当天北航官方发布声明称，已成立专案小组进行调查，并已暂停陈小武的工作。此外，围绕“女博士实名举报北航教授性骚扰”的话题在中国高校中引起剧烈震动，目前已有包括北京大学、清华大学在内的近50所高校校友联名呼吁建立“高校反性骚扰机制”。
1月11日晚，北航发布针对此事的处理通报称，现已查明，陈小武存在对学生的性骚扰行为，并决定撤销陈小武研究生院常务副院长职务，取消其研究生导师资格，撤销其教师职务，取消其教师资格。

Market Cap， RIG是中型（4B，cash 1.4B），TOO是小型（600M， cash 2.59M）。不
过，RIG是油服和设备公司，TOO主要是采油公司。盈利和回报RIG相对强些（top80%~90
%上下），增长上TOO相对强些（top 70%左右）。从性价比来看，其实RIG更相对便宜些
。看到risk factor，RIG ”very aggressive“， TOO ”average“（具体不知道怎么

16届4中全会总算让江离开中央军委主席的权力位置，尽管还有国家军委主席的职务，
已经没有实权了，人们总算松了一口气，似乎江交出所有大权人们就达到了期望值——
民众已经厌烦了江。此前，全世界和全中国的目光都集中在江是否交出军权，从而退出
政治舞台，并且人们幻想从此胡温新政可以放开手脚，启动政治改革，整理江留下的烂
摊子。不过，两年多来，胡锦涛的所作所为令所有抱有幻想的人大失所望，人们只是一
厢情愿罢了，苛政猛虎相比江有过之而无不及。

对于这次主流媒体的言论，有一些华人问：为什么多伦多星报和麦考林杂志的文章要被贴上“种族压迫”的标签?
因为“压迫”是一种特殊的社会状态。当一个人被剥夺或阻隔了他自我发展的机会的时候，当一个人被排除在全面参与社会之外的时候，当一个人不享有统治阶级成员视为理所当然的权利的时候，或者当一个人被分配到一个二等公民权，不是因为他个人的天分、成就，或失败， 而是因为他是某个特定人群的一员的时候。压迫就产生了。
对照一下，多伦多星报和麦考林杂志的文章是不是在宣扬：亚裔特别是华人需要被限制他们自我发展的机会(上大学受高等教育的机会)，被排除在全面参与社会运作(限制华裔学生从而限制他们对大学的参与)之外，不应该享有白人学生理所当然的接受高等教育的权利。 在接受高等教育问题上，亚裔加拿大人，特别是华人被分配了一个二等公民权。而这一切的原因：不是华人(家长、学生)个人的问题，不是因为某个或某些华人学生的天分、能力或学业上成败，而是因为他(们)是华人，是亚洲人。

就是之前好莱坞的那个大佬不是潜规则了好几个吗？所以me too的标志就绿了整个脸书
和推特。然后就到了川普的时候，他就毅然决然的加入了反对的那个方面，接下来就有
人扒出川普之前的那个性侵的事情，一路抨击川普说他就是这样的人所以不希望受害者
发声，最后也就不了了之了。
不过最近又热起来了。毕竟希克斯这个事情曝光出来之后，就又有人说希克斯和川普有
一腿。接着就是报道第一夫人现在的窘迫状态，川普基本不和她参加一个活动，从中国
回来之后就更甚了。最后矛头还丢给了中国，说我们招待的咋样咋样的。这和我们有什
么关系，无良媒体真的是捕风捉影的能力高的一逼啊！
不过现在me too又在推特上出现了，好多人都在抨击希克斯这件事，主要是因为波特不
是出轨才和希克斯在一起还家暴。这个时候更多的人注意的就不是出轨了。是家暴以及
家暴了自己家里的和情妇的。这个me too刷的我心惊胆战啊。
一方面是me too是相对于那些不认识的人，陌生人的侵犯，或者熟人侵犯强迫式的，不

这些银行绑架，所以最终不得不为这些银行的烂账坏账买单，分摊到纳税的那一小部分
美国人身上。
土工与中国的关系是同样的道理。而且土工深深知道这个道理，所以从一开始就坚持一
裆专政，为的就是把饼做大，然后就too big to fail了，任谁一提民主，政改，就用
“亡党亡国”这个挡箭牌。土工就这样绑架了中国。
民主别的功能我不知道，至少能在很大程度上预防too big to fail这种情况。 |

That is correct. We have twice as many penguins in Antarctica than
scientists thought, a count by satellite revealed. Far from being a species
endangered by the carelessness of man, scientists say we have nearly 600,000
emperor penguins. The scientists counted 44 colonies of these birds —
including 7 previously unknown. Counting penguins in Antarctica is so easy,
I may apply for the job because they are black and white against the snows
of Antarctica.

最近车子又出毛病了，之前有一些misfire,P0300, P0302, P0303, P0316，换了
ignition coil
spark wireset后好了一阵子，大概一个月，后来毛病又开始反了，rough idle，code
也相继跳出来。
最近的两天，idle的时候抖动非常厉害，时不时的转速降得非常低，然后就熄火。回来
一测，冒出两个新
code，以前从来没看见过什么意思，P0171 system too lean(bank1) P0174 system
too
lean(bank2)
请教一下高人system too lean到底是什么意思，是什么原因引起的呢，多谢！ |

假设不是说反话，这就真的too too了。简单的说，搞不出啥东西来的人也抢不到啥东西
。能抢东西的，都是自己其实能搞出来但不想自己出力的，或者自己搞不出来但有其他
办法的。
