我们看tubular adenoma 只要30秒， 但炎症要几分钟到几十分钟，但RVU 是一样的。
平均后是一样的。问题是，有人钻空子，只做RVU 高的。
像美国卖西瓜，按个不按分量，如果大家都拼命捡大的，系统就会乱。

来反映， 我不懂病理，普通的office visit我们有5个level的cpt code， 容易的是1
，最难的5. 你自己根据情况选择， 当然你要是老是搞错， 被查出来就是medicare
fraud。
Procedure的reimbursement很重要， 如果不赚钱， 就refer到hospital去做。 这样至
少可以避免expense RVU。
对employee来说， reimbursement是硬道理。

我觉得很模糊啊。比如，99205 level 5，WRVU是2.11，看一个是10分钟到15分钟。一
个57454 colpo w/biopsy 是2.33，可是做一个是至少30分钟的slot。
时间上讲，是不是亏了？还是调整procedure的时间？
