insurance police, and HOA doesn't have sufficient funding to cover hazard.
Seemingly it's common for condos.
Is there any suggestions for financing? Is higher down payment helping? Or
other type of loans?

次贷的影响(佛州有很多烂尾楼).这个HOA insurance应该是coverage不够。另外,
HOA的“no sufficient funding”应该就是指这个HOA的budget里面的reserve不到
budget总数的10%。
这两个伤是比较硬的。除非HOA能马上调整insurance coverage和reserve amount。
