发帖数: 1879 | 2 You have to wait till the end. Nobody can lock the rate for you for such
long time, plus all the documentations will expire after 10 months and you
have to restart to submit the updated docs. ( credit score report/appraisal
report/prelim will expire in 180 days, you also need to submit the latest
bank statement and paycheck stubs....etc)

for buyers like you. ask them and they will tell you. if this builder doesn'
t work with a bank/lender, you then have to wait till the end of the
construction to get the loan.
