r****t 发帖数: 10904 | 4 为啥 servicer 给我的第一个月账单里面我的利息还是按 3.5 算的呢?因为有点
subsidy 相应的本金就少了很多,看起来似乎这subsidy 付到了escrow 那边一,或者
去interest 那边了,总interest 和temp buydown 之前没有区别。
给我的loan officer 打了电话,他说你的interst rate 永远,一直都是3.5。。。
就是他们每个月给我补贴一点钱,如果要算就算是在interest 里面。我问那为啥一开
始跟我说temp buydown到1.5%了呢?回答说temp buydown doesn't work that way,
but works this way.
我能dispute 么?向谁去 dispute?

2% of interest at closing already. go back and check your final HUD-1 and
if the charge for the buy down is there then talk to your current lender.

necessary cost for this buydown..
I agree with you that i have paid this interest. (this was paid by the
unused portion of the sellers credit,是 purchase loan).
I'll check HUD-1 and report back.
