我记得买房子的时候，不是closed时候先付当月的利息吗？然后第一个payment是什么
时候due呢？比如8.15 closed，第一个payment是9月1号？还是10月一号？如果是9月1
号，那她说的就不对了？？
You will notice that the payoff amount and the principal balance amount on
your mortgage statement differ. That is due to mortgage interest that is
being collected up to the day your loan payoff is received by the mortgage
company. Mortgage interest is paid in ARREARS for example, if you make your
OCTOBER payment, you are actually paying the SEPTEMBER interest. That is why
the payoff differs from the principal balance you see when you log on to
