先申明一下，我这次能够让lender替我remove掉已经上报三大局的late payment有侥幸
成分，并不一定有可复制性，纯粹看运气。信用分跌掉的50、60分都涨回来了。
1.事情起因是这样的：
年底回国了一个月。达拉斯机场入境后接到的第一个电话就是告诉我12月的车贷超过30
天没付了，1月的也当天就due了。于是立马通过电话付清，然后开始惴惴不安。果不其
然，第二天开始，citi identity monitor就开始陆陆续续推送了三大局的30 day late
payment alert。心里当时就凉了半截。一查credit karma的模拟分数，掉了50~70分
。心想完蛋。
2.略微镇定以后，在myFICO论坛上找到类似经历，发现还有补救。主要办法就是给
lender打电话/写信求情。因为这个事情确实是自己的过错，lender照理是没有责任撤
销已经上报的late payment的，甚至有客服会告诉你这样撤销是illegal的。但是，但

so one can finish the loan earlier.
So there is no benefit to do the half-month payment, for example, if I pay

A: 可以. 但有个先决条件, 就是你需要先付了minimum payment due. 然后你的
Cashback credit就可以用于付剩余的statement balance.
Amex卡term: Cash back cannot be used to pay your Minimum Payment Due.
具体到另一帖ChaoRen的例子, 因为ChaoRen没有付minimum payment due, 所以ChaoRen

了Payment Protection，说pay in full的时候不收Payment Protection费，只有欠钱
的时候，才收10元的Payment Protection费，然后24小时之内还完了，就没其它的费了
。听他这么一说，就选了Payment Protection。
不知道他说的是不是实情，以前听说选了payment Protection, 每个月要按花费的比例
扣Payment Protection费。

然后被收了俩月late fee，电话里立刻又schedule了一个payment。
被收interest就不说了，现在的问题是credit record咋办啊，感觉usbank会去report

从30年360个payment变成30年30×26=780个payment，这样加速你付款的利息滚动(不明
白的话自己去推导一下公式）来达到省利息的目的。比如4%apr，10万贷款。正常12个
payment，每月是477.42，三十年下来，连本带息一共是171869.51。如果按照每年26个
payment,每次应该是220.24，三十年一共171789.84。这三十年才省了80块钱。 |

当时dealer 要求的4000的down payment, 利率是2.9%
当天交了down payment, 签了合同，开车回家
今天dealer 又打电话来说，希望再交500刀做为down payment,
说这是为了保证keep 2.9%的税率。
要不然税率就长了。
这个是否合理？

claims eBay monopolized the market for payment systems used in online
auctions.
The auction site allegedly raised fees and shut out payment-system
competitors after acquiring PayPal in 2002.
The class claimed eBay has made PayPal the only viable option for
sellers, and therefore sellers have to pay fees to eBay both for listing and
selling their products and for using PayPal.

I have a BMR (below market rate) condo in Walnut Creek, CA, to buy, the
listing price is 34K. We can only have 10% down payment to buy it.
Last month, we applied 5% down payment from FHA loan (rate 3.875%,close cost
6800). we have not got any response from FHA, the load agent told us FHA
HUD does not want to give loan for a BMA unit, in 90% FHA loan will fail.
Today, The loan agent agree to 10% down payment, but she give us 4.875% rate
