)里边就说了的。escrow的人还说他们已经作了很多工作。其实bank没有approve
escrow能有啥作的?
想请教一下,怎么argue可以拿回cancellation fee?

out?! why cancel it after bank approved? escrow has to collect all the pay
off, taxes, utility bills, HOA due, commission etc and provide an estimated
HUD for the lien holder to make decision.

have to pay inspection fee + cancellation fee.
Here the thing is the escrow is not opened, do they have to right to charge
cancellation fee?

have to hire an inspector to perform a real inspection. simply disprove the
inspection will do and I believe that most states in west are having the
same law protecting the buyer. check yours.

reason. But for sure you have to pay escrow cancellation fee. For my case,
the escrow is not even opened because the Bank did not give OK to the short
sale.
