Feel frustrated. the offer is good. but who knows how long it will take for
the buyer to sell his house..

让你能够随时退出。这样的话，你还可以随时接受offer。无条件的接受他们
的contingency，就等于让buyer想退出就退出。。。你自己就狠不利。。。

possible buyers. This bothers me. It's a good season to sell house.
