晚发现我们
签了份short sale addendum， 上面说 ”the inspection should be done withins 5
days after the Date of Acceptance“， 我们的AGENT 说 “Acceptance is when the
seller signs the contract. That will be today (Thursday).” 叫我们要不就现在做
INSPECTION， 要不就赶紧找律师， put these in writing under the attorney
review。

我们前几天也下了个short sale的offer上面也是写着the inspection should be done withins 5days after the Date of Acceptance。不过后面就有说明，short sale的
这个Date of acceptance指的是银行批准 |
