天看到更新的信息，卖价居然比我们低8000，原来是因为close date比我们短15天。当
时我们就提醒agent应该写40天，他说没关系，写60天，结果就杯具了，真是可惜。 |

if the apt is a co-op, it could be that the building board only likes
certain type of people (perhaps whites only
, sometimes jewish only). The seller knows who could pass the board and who
would not so he did not even
bother to accept your offer.
Other than that I could not think a good reason why the seller would accept
another offer that's 8K lower
without first asking you if you could close early.

发帖数: 40 | 9 也有可能是感觉你们的贷款条件不够strong,怕过了60天还办不下贷款，银行损失就大
了。他们卖房子，很重要一点是要把房子卖出去，你多8000，但如果不一定能贷款成功
的话，有什么用。
