y***a 发帖数: 733	1 Why do we need to pay 6 month property tax and insurance again during the refinance? Did we pay that when I bought my house 5 years ago? Is it supposed to be transfered? Also my previous mortgage company BOA has a ESCow refund at the end of the refinancing time, where did the money go? My refinanced mortgae company doesn't have this ESCow money for the balance sheet. Anyone knows? Thanks.
a**e 发帖数: 103	2 PROPERTY TAX 应该每年都交的.很奇怪你只5年前交一次,除非你的LOAN里有PROPERTY TAX INCLUDED. 如果你新的LOAN没把PROPERTY TAX 包括在里面,REFIANCE时,会有这份钱.钱会交到COUNTY.
