recruiter信里提到:As a Ph.D. candidate I will need for you to provide me wit
h a prof/adviser letter of reference at your earliest convenience. 这个是什么
意思？是说我在去onsite之前就应该把导师的推荐信发给他？有朋友有类似的经验吗？
还有就是要给onsite的时间，大家给点建议，一般多长时间比较合理？自己比较重视go
ogle这个机会，电面过了2轮了还算幸运，希望可以好好准备一下onsite。

还有就是email里面提到:The day would start around 10am and last until 3pm (in
cludes 4 technical interviews + a thesis review + an informal lunch intervie
w).
想问一下这个thesis review是什么意思啊？我还在写我自己的phd thesis，目前还没写
完，难道一定要带着自己的final thesis去onsite吗？能否带自己发表的论文去啊？th
esis里面的主要内容也就是发表的paper。
麻烦有经验的朋友们提示一下，非常感谢的!

presentation/discussion; I hadn't even started writing my thesis when I
had the thesis interview. Your recruiter should be able and willing to
answer this question and you should check with her.

我感觉还是会有影响，因为我的hr就对我说觉得我的research有用，云云
