城公证。女儿的出生证是在省妇幼的出生医学证明。
交了7个月，收到RFE。
我的：
Translation
You have submitted a foreign language birth record (Notarial Certificate)
with an English translation in support of your adjustment application (Form
1-485). Any foreign language document must be accompanied by a certified
English translation. The translator must certify that he/she is competent to
perform the translation and that the translation is accurate. Please
resubmit your foreign language document, along with its certified English
translation. Translations submitted without the relating foreign document
are not acceptable.
Job letter
Please submit a currently dated letter of employment attesting to your offer
of proposed employment. This letter should be written on the company's
official letter head and cite the date you will begin working, whether the
position is permanent and full-time， a description of the position, a
description of the position that you currently hold for the company (if any)
, and the offered salary.
女儿的：
Birth Certificate:
You submitted a copy of your birth certificate issued by XXXX Province Women
and Children Health-care Hospital on April xx, 20xx along with a certified
English translation. This document is not acceptable as it was not issued by
the civil authority. Please submit a copy of your official birth document.
The birth certificate must be issued by the appropriate civil authority
showing timely registration, date and place of birth, and parents' names. In
addition, the document must contain the seal of the issuing office
including the date of registration and signature of the registrar.
问题：
1， 我的出生公证，跟老婆的格式非常相似，为什么没有她没有收到RFE。
2， JOB LETTER没有问题，比较容易。
3， 女儿在省妇幼出生的出生医学证明书不可以吗？每一行字都有英文翻译的。
请指教！

3美国这里小孩出生医院先开一个出生医学证明，然后凭这个医学证明办出生证（所谓
的issued by the civil authority），有了出生证才能办美国护照等一系列文件。所
以同样办绿卡出生医学证明是不行的，必须是出生证明或出生公证。 | o**o

发帖数: 594 | 4 领事馆可能不行（建议再打听一下，我不能确定），您孩子这种情况很可能还是要请人
在国内公证处办出生公证。
