10月的485 RD，刚刚收到RFE通知，主副均要求补充材料，主申请人三项，副申请人二
项，要求6月20号必须回复。
主申请人中，其余两项简单，但RFE出生证明，感觉比较麻烦。原话如下：
The Service acknowledges the notarial certificate of birth that was
submitted in support of the application. However, a page of the document
with handwritten language and various stamps was not translated. Further, it
should be noted that the photocopy of this notarial certificate (number xxx
issued xxx, 2011) does not appear to be a complete copy of the document as
the conformity statement that addresses the English translation is not
present. Therefore, you must submit a complete copy of your notarial
certificate of birth to include the conformity statement. In addition please
submit a complete certified English translation of your entire notarial
certificate of birth. The translator must certify that he/she is competent
to perform the translation and that the translation is accurate.
我的出生证明公证是2011年在我上学的B城市开的，格式如下：封皮---我们村和乡政府
开的证明（中文，手写的，有个村里的公章和乡派出所公章）---B城市第一公证处公证
中文（哪年出生，父亲谁，母亲谁）---Notarial certificate of birth (B城市第一
公证处的，就是上一页的翻译. This is to certify that xx was born on xx. His
father is cc and his mother is dd.没了）
这里说的hand-written language和stamps：就是那个村里的证明。
我现在人在国外，户口毕业后留在了B城市，离老家很远。。。请问该怎么办啊？能否
请人做个翻译，说明中英文内容一致？
副申请人RFE了结婚证明。同样的理由，没有一致性说明(这两个公证都是当年在B市做
的)，内容如下：
The Service acknowledges the notarial certificate of marriage (number xxx
issued xxx, 2011) submitted in support of the application. However, this
does not appear to be a complete copy of the document as the conformity
statement that addresses the English translation is not present. Therefore,
you must submit a complete copy of your notarial certificate of birth to
include the conformity statement. If notarial certificate number 2305 is
incomplete and does not contain the conformity statement, you must submit a
new complete notarial certificate of marriage issued by the appropriate
notarial office in China.
If you submit a document in any language other than English, it must be
completely translated. The translator must certify that he/she is competent
to perform the translation and that the translation is accurate. The foreign
-language document(s) must be submitted with the English translations.
另外想问下：485 RFE如果答复不满意，是会直接被拒掉？还是officer不会拒掉，而是
继续要求RFE？另外能否延期提交材料啊？ 我现在人在国外，回不去，老家也没人帮忙
（各种证件如身份证结婚证
都在美国这边，老家没这些证件应该也很难弄公证啊）。。。

发帖数: 22 | 2 国内公证处办的公证书一般都包括翻译原件，最后还有公证中英文翻译一致的，不知道
你的为什么没有。这个还是建议国内找人帮帮忙去公证处办一下寄过来，可以把证件寄
回去，找同学朋友啥的。 |

发帖数: 399 | 3 让你老家的人找当地公证处问清楚，办这两个公证要什么材料。原件还是复印件。你准
备好了寄回去。现在全国都统一模板，不难办。
实在要开证明材料，就找找认识的政府里的人，小地方的话，一个电话就管用。

关键是现在国内不好找人帮忙办了，各种证件都在我这。。。

不懂，我不会是因为这个rfe吧，晕死 |

国内公证处都是统一模板吧，你的为啥没有呢？ |
