模板ＲＦＥ了，contribution是最容易ＲＦＥ的。
重新组织，还得要推荐信啊，版上的同学们都是这么说的，要再吹你的工作，已经有
重大影响，并且对他们自己的研究也有重大指导作用。并且在ＰＬ里引用时要加黑加粗
强调。

全部hightlight出来。 pl里面可以直接copy出那段引用，然后下面加小字，把你的文
章列出来，就象列reference 那样。 找个几篇就可以了。
推荐信最好找新的罗，找不到新的就让以前的人改， 信里面的描述引用你的工作，最
好是引用你文章的人，实在找不到就让他描述 别人引用你的工作。。。。 |

ref还需要再交一遍exhibit吗？
如果找不到新的推荐人我也只能让原来的改了。这样的话需要全部都重写还是只要挑选
部分推荐人？改过的部分需要highlight吗？

科学家引用，并且具体打印了表。这可能帮助直观地看到，how many entities吧。 |

(1) new evidence after RFE are not counted, or not MUCH counted.
(2) the new Reference letter for RFE has to be even more supportive than
your original submission. This directly leads to the approval decision.
(3) I did not have any letter from China, But I believe it matters more "
what is written in the letter" compared to "who writes the letter." I
