建宁县把球抱在怀里，所以根本就不存在simu poss了。
也就是不管tate怎么一把抓住了球，因为建宁先报住了，所以tate压根就没有simu
possession的机会了.
tate要是在建宁倒地之前完全把球抢过来sole possession, 或者捅出来搞成放炮在
recover，那都没问题了。

要是人家TD了以后，你抢过去，也算poss？

"If a pass is caught simultaneously by two eligible opponents, and both
retain it, the ball belongs to the passers. It is not a simultaneous catch
if a player gains control first and an opponent subsequently gains joint
control," the rule states.
但是这里没解释啥叫gains control。

另外，这个ruling是不能review的，所以如果第一时间判错了。就不能改了。
如果一开始判了interception大概也不能改。这个没有googe了

rule book 关于simultaneous possession的解释最关键的地方用caught这么含糊的字
眼确实不专业。但是可以根据逻辑判断simultaneous possession那就是simultaneous
建立possession. 而大家认为GB先有possession所以不是simultaneous possession。
但按照楼主找到的rule,确实可以认为GB没有先建立possession,因为没有两脚落地。当
两脚落地也就是建立possession的时候，tate也对球有possession了 |
