不过士为悦己者容,也加入了锻炼的行列。很小的时候就跑步,一直坚持到读研,
所以我的下肢力量还行,但是上肢力量明显偏若。
只是出国之后,没怎么锻炼了。
我现在每天的gym schedule:
cycling - 1hour, 坡度 20, 1000 cal ,27(mile,kilo)不知道单位是否精确
或者
慢跑 -1hour, 坡度15, 600, 4mile

Monday: 30minutes cardio(cycling,elliptical,running),highest fat burning
mode, 4 full court basketball games(usually last an hour), then 1200-1500m
swim to cool off;
Tuesday: 3000m swim;
Wednesday: 70minutes cardio,stretch; 6 set of abs(60 crunches each set),
weights on arms 9 sets, weights on legs 9sets, weights on back 3 sets, then
1200-1500m swim;
Thursday: 3000m swim;
Friday: repeat Monday stuff;
Saturday: rest;
Sunday: an hour cardio and stretch;
