The reviewers agree that significant revisions are necessary for this paper
to be considered for publication. They also agree that there is not
sufficient material to warrant a full paper. However, the reviewers would
perhaps consider it for a transactions brief after a major revision.
意思说内容不够作为full paper, 需要大改以后看能不能考虑成Brief manuscript.

accepted eventually if you can change as suggested. |

将来找工作评TENURE没有人会在乎这是个BRIEF REPORT的。只会当做是PEER-REVIEWED。 |
