I firstly reviewed a manuscript for a journal. Journal made a decision about
major revision on this paper. Then later author submitted a revised
manuscript.Now I am reviewing this revised manuscript. If I have no further
comment on the paper, do I still perform same thing like the first time
review: Summary, Major Strengths, Major weakness, Then say I agree to
publish the paper. If I only have one or two minor suggestions about format,
do I still repeat everything like the first time review? Any suggestion?

so and recommend publication.
