EB23版 - India EB3->EB2 porting is happening in large scales |

EB2
A. switched job from company A to B, used experiences gained from A with B
for EB2;
B. promoted from junior to senior with the same company;
C. finished part-time MBA and was promoted to project leader with the same
company.
All of them had EB3 PD of 2002. All of them applied new EB2 LC this year (
luckily still pending). I think they all have a chance to get green in a
year.
