I don't understand why there are 29000 certified perms for india even
under the high unemployment rate in FY2010? lots of EB3-EB2?If we don't
fight the issue, I think any chinese PD after 7/2007 is a disaster. Although
we don't have many EB2 after 7/2007. I think there are only around 5000 EB2
in total before FY2010 end and after 7/2007. But We may need to use only
our 2800 quota if nothing changed in the current situation. I think attach
the perm data to whatever letter will get support from US citizen. That is
very important. As long as we can stop india EB3 to EB2 perm approval rate,
that's a big success for Chinese EB2. | W******d

如果这个数据是真的，舞弊的人可不能用‘个中’来形容吧。
不管烙印有多少个（蝗虫一般多），美国这么多失业的人，如果严格按perm的规定，不
应该这么多人通过perm。
我认识的phd老中都因为太多老美来投简历，而办不了perm。
那些5year+本科就能通过？

老印在职场的结党营私也是原因之一吧 许多大银行的IT部门整个都是老印的天下 如果
是个老印当头 帮几个属下BS+5YR转个EB2还不跟玩似的？

也就是这些部门的头或律师谎称没收到几个美国人的简历。
因为如果他们实说收到了几十乃至几百个简历的话，应该没人信这里没有合格的美国人
，perm应该会被锯掉。

不符合就可以了 那点伎俩老印玩的比谁都溜
许多老中PERM难产是因为朝中没人说话然后HR公事公办 有个肯挺你的老板在的话 许多
事情就容易多了

发帖数: 44 | 16 I download the perm certified data from http://www.flcdatacenter.com/CasePerm.aspx, And I spend lots of time to filter the table. You guys can do it too. But trust me, they are true.
Only the part "I think there are only around 5000 EB2
in total before FY2010 end and after 7/2007. " is my roughly guess because I
don't know how many EB3 are in those Perm certified case. It should be
around 5000-7000 EB2 perm certified after 7/2007 and before 10/2010. We need
to use US citizen's help to solve the root cause since there are so many us
undergraduate CS major can't find job too. I think there are many Indian
true EB2 don't like this fact. | j*******0
发帖数: 44 | 17 For the chinese perm EB2 from 7/2007 to 10/2010, I think 5000-7000 is still
wrong. You guys can filter out chinese perm certified case and deduct those
chinese chief, cooker EB3 perm, then the rest are EB2 perm. But the number
should be a little over than the average 2800/year. That's a joke. Even the
average chinese EB2 yearly demand number is 3000, we need to wait until
India EB2 especially those EB3-EB2 catch up to the same cut off date. So we
need to stop wrong India EB3 to EB2. Even we have PD after 7/2007 and before
2010 need to wait for quite a while since we haven't stop ICC earlier, at
least we can do something to benefit honest people in the future after 2010
including Chinese and India. My group has an Indian Engineer who graduated
from top US cs program with a MS degree. But his green card suffered under
this case too. He is very honest and work very hard.:)) Life is unfair.
Although it is always a truth, that is because honest people don't like to
fight, but sit there and work all day and night. | j*******0

Please help post the collected data on the top so that many peoople can see
it. I think there are around 9000 chinese EB2 who have submitted 485 already
. There are around 10000 chinese EB2 who have perm certified and not
submitted 485 yet. Even there are only 10000 EB2 donate with $20 each, we
will have $200000. Then we can hire us lawyer(not chinese lawyer even with
us citizen) for the wrong EB3 to EB2 cases. Or at least stopping a part is a
big success for chinese EB2 and Indian true EB2s. The already transfer
Indian EB2, we have no choice. But acting now is better than acting later.
Chinese preverb" To Mend the Fold After Losing Sheep--Wang Yang Bu Lao" is a
good one for this case. Can you imagin? if our yearly EB2 is 3000, and we
need to wait for more than 6 years or anyone even after 2011 perm?
I have a suggestion to collect the donation from company chinese group as
long as we have a leader for each company. or Even sending our email to
Chinese group etc. Giving the above facts. I think most of Chinese EB2 would
love to denote just $20 or more if they lik | l****i
