标 题: （需要法律咨询）遇上拖欠房租的佃户

家里房子出租，房客一直交不齐房租，现在欠了好几千美元了。
需要把房客赶走，请问版上是否有相关经验的朋友。
法律上怎么走这个程序，关键怎么想办法把房客欠我们的钱要回来？

you need to file the eviction to let them go, do not believe them that they
will pay you back..
Our former tenants left with owing thousands, I will need to file the small
claim to the court (this is a choice for money less than 7500 you need to
collect);you better have the contract, their ID, SSN copy, where they work..
how much will cost you to file the claim, you will need to google (every
states are different, usually around $200)i think it is worthy to do if we
could collect money back by this way.
you will have no much to cover if you ask for attorney. | e******n

My problem is I am not in the US now. I have to get a representative
to help me deal with it.

. yeah, we will need an agent to deal with it.let me know how does your case
