不过好像工资涨幅没有您说的那么多啊-_-具体职位的工资水平都是根据当地市场

1. 不需要内推，我就是第一轮筛选的负责人，直接申请就好
2. 这个位置不需要background对口。我们做的东西没多少人有hands-on经验，实验技
能来了再学没什么问题。我们重视的是学习能力和科研能力。
3. biosensor的位置方面对skill set要求比较具体，至少要有assay development方面
深入的经验（i.e.，至少应该做个以assay dev为目标而不是工具的项目，最好是
immunoassay）。
