Their philosophy is "if something is working, why change it"?
看楼主申请的位置了：
scientist以上的，2-3天on-site interview，给1个正式的talk，一个非正式的round
table discussion。两天的话，日程会相当的满。一般有3-4个候选人。
senior research associate (SRA),1天，见系里面6-8个人，如果是phD level的，需
要给talk。一般至少要有一片本领域一作文章一篇。一般有2-3个候选人。
research associate, tech不接受phD level的申请，适合BS，MS的人。面试相对非正
式，和hiring manager接触的比较多，容易混。一般有1-2个候选人。
Postdoc，和SRA类似。
