Anybody use invitrogen "Quant-iT™ DNA Assay Kit, high sensitivity" (
Cat: Q33120) for the quantitation of dsDNA with concentration <10ng.The kit
is quite expensive, not sure whether it is worthy to buy it under the tight
budget.
