无压力。情绪稳定。有的protocol还拿酒精稀释。我的经验是那样经常会把老鼠打死。

am trying to get your dosing(ours are at between 150mg-180mg/kg)
有的protocol还拿酒精稀释。我的经验是那样经常会把老鼠打死。
Yes, with this one, at our dose, the mice feel the stress after 3 days and
cannot tolerate more than 6 days...lethality could be up to 20-30% with 6-7

每天是1mg， 连续10天。老鼠在3-4天有点精神不是很好。
如果是3mg/d。老鼠在3天以后很容易死。
1mg/d x 5天我们的target基因deletion大概是90-93%， 如果是10天就可以到97-99%之

tramoxifen-citrate 经过stomach 后，可以分解成citrate 和tamoxifen-free base。
不过剂量还没找到，呵呵，打算用食物比例算算，您有什么建议吗？

发帖数: 1007 | 12 我就是拿Sigma的corn oil 20mg/ml就是最大溶解度了。 37度下溶解。然后冻存。剂量
4mg/30g ..差不多就是150mg/kg. 老鼠年龄3周以上。 一般打2-4天。看Cre的效率了。
有的cre很好，一天就够。想要保证高效的就打4天。so far还不错。没打过超过4天的
还。
酒精稀释感觉坏处很大。 一来把tamoxifen稀释了，注射volume得提高，再来酒精打到
腹膜下反应很大，有好些老鼠甚至当场死亡。

不能加到水里喂，效果不好。
有那种和食物做到一起的，但是好像很贵，我老板以前舍不得出钱，看见有一个实验室喂含在食物
里面的，每天是1mg，喂42天，我们没买这个食物，结果我给老鼠灌胃了42天，最后还是效果不
好，最后发现是那个Cre的老鼠不work。

Topical application真的能只在涂抹的地方敲除吗？
有的说可以，效果很好；有的说这种情况tamoxifen需要转运到肝脏代谢然后分布全身
，其实跟IP的效果差不多。
