已经接受的paper上我是一作，PDB上的entry里我的名字变成了第二个
有人说PDB的authorship不重要，是这样的吗？

发帖数: 24 | 3 Credit wise, its not important. People rarely look at the author list in PDB
. However, if you are clearly the scientist responsible for this particular
structure, you should not be shy to ask for a correction. Just my 2 cents.
Note I am talking about this crystal structure, not the paper. He could be the second author on the paper, but if this is his structure, then he should be the first author in PDB. I regularly deposit structures with only mine and my boss's names, regardless of how many co-authors we have on the paper. |

这是我的project，从头到尾都是我做的，但是在解结构的时候没经验老板又想快些出
结构所以印度人插了进来，可以说大部分都是他解得
我一直默认pdb的author list跟paper上应该是一致的，印度人恶心在没有告诉任何人
的情况下自己就把author list改成了自己是第一。如果不重要的话就可以用不重要的
手段去应对了，肯定不能吃哑巴亏。

发帖数: 24 | 6 That's a tricky situation. Unfortunately it happens a lot in structural
groups. In the old days, solving a structure was not a routine task. I heard
of similar situations where the guy who solved the structure got the first
author of the paper. Consider yourself lucky that you are still the first
author on the paper. That's what matters to you. I wouldn't worry about it
anymore. Enjoy.

估计是这个阿三deposit的么？看起来你老板不管事情，下次注意，deposit的事情要亲
历亲为，你就可以对authorship有所控制了。
