美国公司宣称找到"灵丹妙药" 可治愈所有癌症(图) 重庆晚报
核磁共振扫描显示，使用ALN-VSP疗法后，肝脏肿瘤中的血流量明显减少。
据美国媒体8月24日报道，美国阿尔尼拉姆生物技术公司日前宣布他们找到了一种
能够治愈所有癌症的新型药物，首批接受临床试验的19名晚期肝癌患者病情都有较大好
转。不仅如此，该公司称，假以时日，这种药物甚至有可能治愈一切疾病。
首批患者反应良好
今年4月，19名接受化疗但没有好转的肝癌病 |

very basic physiology. Undergraduate of bio major should know this, nothing
related to drug delivery and formulation的胜利.
The company is clear about this point, and wise to target liver cancer.
RNAi has potential for many diseases, the major obstacle is targeted
delivery. This company didn't make a sound progress yet. Still long way to go. The report is so naive, like a typical Chinese one. |

My point is that:
everyone knows RNAi is a way to knock down target proteins,
but why only a few companies get so close to the clinical trials?
Think about it. What are the tech obstacles?

what I see is that they took advantage of the circulation system to easily
deliver drug to liver. you know, everything injected into blood will
accumulate in liver.
If they can deliver siRNA specifically to other organs, like brain, skeletal
muscle..., I will agree that they have success in drug delivery method,
otherwise ...
