是percentage of methylation?
primer design一般用 Methyl Primer Express® Software v1.0,免费的 ABI
要是copy number一般要两个probe带两种dye，一个target M,一个target UM。看那个
Delta Ct。
要是percentage of methylation.最简单的就是用methylation specific-High
resolution melting analysis.拿M和UM series diluted，由那个Bisulfite PCR
primer去扩一下，其他的样品叠加的到这个上面.你去NCBI搜一下MS-HRM，有不少文章
。可以直接买qaigen type-it kit.
这两个都是在real time PCR上做。你老板要是需要这样的人，推荐我去给你们做，保

We do need someone to do this. We can subcontract this experiment to you if

I had no experience of designing primer at all. I just got the name of a
gene, and don't even know how to find this sequence... (Blush, idiot... I
know...) It's such a headache for me... I'll look up the software you
recommended.
We need percentage of methylation. I'll look up HRM, but somehow my boss has
decided to use Q-MSP...

发帖数: 3764 | 5 反馈一下，Methyl Primer Express® Software v1.0貌似不能做methylight的
primer啊，只能做那种一对methylated primer,一对unmethylated primer的PCR
google了一下，methylight貌似需要那个叫 beacon designer的软件
不知道是不是我理解有错@@
