6/18 weight is 118.5lb, WT is between 120 – 119 for most of the week
I found my lowest weight of the whole week is Friday morning. Because I
start to eat more from the free lunch at Friday and eat-out or party at the
weekend. I know I shouldn’t. I will be more careful.
Daily schedule for me:
6AM, GYM 40-60 minutes M-F, 300-400 calories, mostly of my friends at the
time, are moms, that’s the only available time for us.
7AM breakfast, oat meal with rice soup, 1/3 of corn, 1 salted egg yolk.

oatmeal和whole wheat bread都非常好啊,我是说早餐可以变一下,这样才不会厌。
蛋黄可以吃,但最好不要每天吃,蛋黄吃多了胆固醇高,你可以每隔几天或每个星期吃一次。蛋白比蛋黄热量少很多,脂肪也少,对比一下营养成分:

“肌肉消耗脂肪的能力是肥肉的9倍”我是在别的地方看到的,有关基础代谢的吧,就是说即使你一天什么也不做,一磅肌肉一天内能帮你消耗的calories是一磅肥肉帮你消耗的9倍,实际上可能没这么多,但是做力量运动锻炼一下肌肉肯定能提高基础代谢,对减肥有帮助。

些辣椒酱,一杯cafe里面混了condensed milk大约1tbsp

Good HDL is growing and bad LDL is decreasing.
This progress can only be achieved by an healthy diet,
while triglyceride can be easily reduced by exercise.
You are already on the right track.
You need to thank your LD for that.
Try to avoid shell fish and egg yolk, and add some oatmeal (fiber).

记得上小学的时候俺妈去广东探亲,回来时带了几个菠萝,第一次闻到这么香的菠萝,
当时眼睛就睁大了,口水也流出来了。这么多年过去了,好象再也没有闻到过那熟悉的
香味了,最近在一本书上看到菠萝包三个字,还有那详细的做法,手不禁开始痒痒了。
好吧!不管成功与失败,总得先去尝试一下对吧!好在运气不错,没有特别失败,也就
算小小的成功了一把。宝贝闺女特爱吃,今天最后一个,边吃还边提醒俺:"妈妈,最
后一个菠萝包我吃了哈?"
做法复杂,强力不推荐,前后花去三小时。很悲催的是,这个方子里用的是罐头装的菠
萝,而且还只需要一勺,真不过瘾😄
发酵小面团原料:
1/4 ounce 干发酵粉
3/4 teaspoon 糖
1/2 cup 温水
3/4 cup bread flour
面团原料:
4 cups bread flour
3/4 cup 再加上2 tablespoons 糖
3 eggs
1/2 cup 温水 (切记:不要一次性加入,慢慢加入,后有说明)

静静的坐在租住的房间里,电脑无线接收器坏掉了,不能上网,慢慢回想两天的记忆,
缓缓记录下自己的足迹。
在去往芝加哥的飞机上望着下面的密歇根湖就兴奋不已。湖水真是太漂亮了,和天空宛
然一色,让人都不知道自己是在俯视一片湖水还是在仰视澄明的天空。当我们在秋天仰
望天空时会觉得云彩就是贴在天上一样,俯视这里的湖水也有相似的感觉,云彩紧紧贴
在湖面上,这连绵翻滚的云朵好似湖水瞬间激起的巨大的波浪,不过时间仿佛在湖上被
凝固了一般,让人看了一阵恍惚。
到芝加哥的第一天就租了辆车,12点半开上了车,直接上高速奔向farnsworth house。
之前看过两次phillip Johnson 的glass house,所以对这个不是很有感。3点半立即赶
往willow creek church,这个平均有2万人参加敬拜的全美第5大教堂。到地儿一看,不
禁惊叫“这他妈的不是教堂…”太大了,从门口开到停车场开了2分钟。整个建筑堪比
lincoln center,里边的饭厅绝对不小于国内任何一个大学的食堂。礼堂里分三层,容

it's good that her allergic reaction is not severe and okay with trace
amount. otherwise it'll be a big inconvenience for your family.
i have a friend whose son is allergic to nuts and egg yolk.
they can't use cooking oil containing peanuts, and no soy sauce, etc.

year, I am going to buy some meaty ones from a local shanghai style
