蛋黄水母（学名：Cotylorhiza tuberculata）是钵水母纲根口水母目的海洋生物。还
有一个和希腊神话中的女妖同名的名字“美杜莎”（Medusa）。生活史的主要阶段是单
体、水母型，其水螅型阶段不发达。体型较大，没有缘膜；胃循环腔复杂，辐射管发达
，有内胚层起源的胃丝，胃丝上有刺细胞；生殖细胞起源于内胚层，神经感官较发达，
集中形成8个感觉器官。习海洋生活，水母的武器是鱼叉状触手，当它们碰触到猎物时
，就会射出触手上刺细胞的毒液，猎食它们的猎物。外形和水煮蛋很相似，是地中海最
常见的水母，也分布于爱琴海和亚得里亚海。

它们能直接呼吸空气，忍受恶劣的水质，所以在鱼店常被放在小杯子里。但这样它们并
不happy。
专家把它们养在一加仑的jar里，加盐，每周换100%水。初学者最好放2.5加仑以上。
中等agressive，除非大缸（>55），一缸只能有一只male，或者3只以上的female。
不鼓励breeding。因为鱼店里的已经很老，且品种普通。
但我还是breeding了。都是从petco买的，again不鼓励，因为连锁店卖的品质一般，缺
少专业护理。baby female Cambodian，大概3/4个月
两个月后被一只male veiltail吸引了（大概6-8月），一起放在20G的community缸里，
一开始它们就互相吸引，温柔的chasing，male开始bubblenet。
我立刻移出其他鱼，换了水，降了水位，升温到80F。但我犯了两小错，一是水位可以
再降低点，这样male和小鱼轻松点，而是缸底的moon sand没有清，否则小鱼更容易找
食。

phygocytes... Monocyte相当于长官或者说机动部队，可以随时调动干很多方面的事情
...
Tissue macrophage的来源有yolk sac和fetal liver... 目前还不是特别清楚，今年刚
出了一篇immunity用lineage tracing看不同tissue的resident macrophage的来源，就
是他说的resident macrophage不是从monocyte变过去的，是独立存在的，从embryo
stage就独立存在了... |

材料:
a 奶油乳酪creamcheese 350g
b 低筋麵粉cake flour 30g
c 玉米粉 corn starch 40g
d 牛奶milk 40g(室溫)
e 蛋黃yolk 3個
f 無鹽奶油butter 40g(隔水或微波加熱成液狀. 放置一旁稍微降溫. 不要太熱)
g 細砂糖sugar 40g
h 鹽salt 1小撮(less than 1/8小匙)
i 檸檬汁lemon juice 1/2個檸檬份量
j 蛋白egg white 3個
k 砂糖sugar 100g (若不要太甜. 或表面刷上果膠. 可減為80g)
l 鏡面果膠 少許(可省略)
做法: (烤箱預熱302度f. 烤盤底部及四周鋪上烤盤紙. 燒一壺熱水備用)
1. 將奶油乳酪恢復室溫軟化. 或用微波爐加熱1~2分鐘軟化. 放在缸盆中用電動攪拌器
攪拌至乳狀.(若太硬. 缸盆底部可隔另一個裝熱水的盆子)
2. 加入蛋黃. 攪拌均勻. 慢慢(分次)倒入微溫的奶油液. 倒入一點點之後攪拌均勻再

医生让一个星期之后再去验血.
有姐妹头两次血值没翻倍但成功的吗？我还可以做什么有可能保住胚胎？
这已经是第三次了ivf了，第一次着床，真不想白高兴一场呀。

7/13号（移植后16天）又去抽血,HCG1360,差不多是两天翻了一倍.医生说这是好事,但也不保证什么.让我隔两天就做阴道B超.虽然很奇怪怎么这么早就做B超,但想总是好事情,可以尽早看是否宫外.
7/15 (移植后18天),B超看了好久.好消息是不是输卵管宫外孕.我问有没有可能是腹腔宫外孕,答案是不知道,但这种机率太小.坏消息是宫内只能看到象孕囊的一个小黑点.医生说现在我是孕5周2天,应该能看到卵黄囊(YOLK SAC),但我的连孕囊都不知道是不是.一个原因可能是因为HCG没过2500,所以查了血,果然不出所料,只有2311.安排了7/28号二次B超.

7/28号标准(移植后31天)阴超,发现有两个孕囊,一个有卵黄囊,大小是孕5周的样子,而我已经孕7周零一天,应该能看见胎心.另一个孕囊太小,忽略不计.

午护士报告我的血检指标正常：HCG beta = 9028; E2 = 800; P level = 24; 同时告
知我的TSH=1.69。 B/W和U/S都达到医生的预计，不过我从前天开始brown spotting，
昨天brown变成redish brown，今天早上医生做完U/S后，取出超声波探测棒后，我就开
始流血 - 颜色/分量和我例假的第一天很相似，每次pee后都有不少鲜血，而且一定得
用Pad。 护士和医生告诉我怀孕早期有30%的人有流血症状，让我take it easy, 抬高
双腿。 我心里真的是七上八下，每次上洗手间都是心惊胆战。 下周五（02/19-6W2ds
）第二次U/S，看心跳。 求主保守胚胎能继续健康成长！求姐妹继续支持和祝福！ |

天下午BETA不高E２较低做个过山车，到第三天E２升高BETA翻倍的重拾信心，到第５天
BETA又没翻倍，到第９天E２又降低BETA只有１１３０，这整个过程我都不知道说啥好
了。这最后一次验血，BETA １１３０，是没有到隔天翻倍的，虽然医生说LEVEL不错，
不再验血了，就等明天US。现在我是PATCH， PILL一起上，不知道E２有没有好一些。
喝豆浆喝到我想吐，体重上升，小腹变大，BABY还没长呢，我到不断长胖。看着增大的
小腹我真怕喝豆浆了。我的针灸师说别喝了，你这样反而告诉自己的身体不要产生E２
。我就顺个台阶下，这两天没有大喝特喝了，不知道是不是没有尽到自己最大努力，没
有别的姐妹意志坚强。
明天US，我也不指望看到心跳了。只是希望：１，不要是宫外孕。２，希望能看到孕囊
，千万不要是空的。３，希望能看到YOLK SAC。
第一次验血都没让LG陪我去，因为当时心里铁定是失败的。这次还是抱着希望的，明天
把LG拉上，如果结果不好，至少还有个肩膀靠靠。

看到TIGERBAOBAO还惦记着我，不上来说一声也过意不去。
周五US 基本上就是空囊。连YOLK SAC都没有看到。那个IN HOUSE 的 OB DOC 让我周三来复查。她一付 " I don't want to give you false hope. It's bad....", 然后又说："but this is not math, a lot of things can happen overnight".但她总体给我的感觉是很DISCOURAGING， 我LG 也这么说。
回来后查了下WEB，说有好多MISDIAGNOSE的MISCARRIAGE，说至少要等７天再复查。她怎么让我周三就去。于是今天RESCHEDULE 到周四。

hCG levels exceed 1,000 mIU/mL. However, the gestational sac has been
visualized with transvaginal ultrasound at levels as low as 300. In the
majority of pregnancies, a sac should be visible when levels exceed 2,000. A
yolk sac is commonly seen in normal pregnancies once hCG tops 2,500; an
embryonic pole is expected at 5,000; and a heartbeat is seen in the majority
of normal pregnancies when levels reach 10,000. |

今天算是孕期8周4天,下午做了第二次阴超,看见胎芽19MM=8W3D,胎心165.
过去的这3个星期真难熬,特别是最后一个星期,发现自己本来就轻微的早孕反应更弱了,几乎没有.我一直都测体温,并且,隔两三天就用测孕试纸看看HCG有没有降低.最后两次试纸都越变越浅,觉得没希望了.看来试纸也不准,我用的是国产的韵友.
终于过了心跳这一关,要从IVF诊所毕业了.谢谢大家的祝福和鼓励,也祝愿所有的姐妹,包括我自己,都会有健康宝宝.

我昨天做了第一次阴超,孕期是5周4天,阴超看见一个GESTATIONAL SAC,和YOLK SAC在里面一跳一跳的. GESTATIONAL SAC大小是5周3天.医生说正常,但我看见大家6周时都能看见心跳,所以有些担心.下次B超是三星期后,我想也许可以找OB下个星期再做B超看有没有心跳.
问怀上的姐妹:
1)你们6,7周时的B超是阴超还是腹超?
2)你们确定怀上后什么时候联系的OB?

今天是移植后10天,HCG=239,翻了3倍,倍受鼓舞,过了一关.
在我的要求下,医生还测了黄体酮=32,正常.
