房客终于搬家了， 房子乱糟糟， 每一个灯泡都顺走了， 冰箱残余食物腐烂得臭气

赶快找当初申请材料，顺手查信用。 晕， 以前被evicted。
按程序走吧。
又想偷懒， 找律师。 200刀一小时， 整个要2-3千。又晕， 还是自己来吧。小本
生意， 能省则省。

escrow account 在close 的时候会让你预先交几个月的deposit。 具体的数值只能在
closing estimation doc 出来之后才能知道。 一般来说是3-6个月的房屋保险和地税
。 如果是做重贷， 在close时如果新的property tax bill已经出来了， 那么escrow
account可能会预收8-9个月的deposit， 因为escrow会帮你付掉马上due的6个月的地税
并预留2-3个月的押金。
如果你是买房的话， 以下费用应该是loan agent能帮你cover的， 如果是NO COST的话：
1. credit score checking
2. loan processing
3. appraisal
4. lender under writting fee / lender fee
5. documentation fee
6. notary fee
7. loan tie-in fee, cert fee, courier fee...

就我自己的体会，在中国孩子会学得更多是肯定的，基础好方面尤其突出的是数学，现

数学这玩意在低年级纯粹靠练，熟能生巧，中国孩子做的题是美国孩子的至少5到10倍
，而且更难，数学能不好吗。但其他课程就我感觉不如美国实用 - 语文，背大量的课
文诗词，孩子觉得没有用，成语学了很多孩子只觉得是老师在刁难大家，国学现在强调
得很多，老大的学校每个年级要学一种国学经典，从一年级的弟子规到六年级的论语，
3年级是千字文。也许弟子规还好吧，但有兴趣的去查来看看，大家评论下千字文有啥
必要学吧。孩子在美国上了几年英文，单词不见得会写很多，但书可以看到harry
potter那样的大厚本，每天借很多书来读，通过阅读自己学会很多东西；很喜欢
writting, 写起来就停不住，我看是流水帐但老师都很鼓励，孩子也乐意写写画画表达
自己，觉得学的东西很有用。反过来看中国半年下来，孩子一提作文就头疼，因为老师

F1 opt--> H1B 第一次在上海面签，也是第一次在大陆面签，面签时间是六月初。
在被check快三周的时候，给上海使馆email,回复说：check过程需要3-4周；
在被check快四周的时候，给上海使馆email,回复说：check过程需要4-6周；
在被check四周后的时候，给DOS打电话，回复说：材料仍然在上海check；
在七月初，给上海使馆email，回复说：check过程需要4-6周，也可能要几个月，让其
月中发
邮件去问，还说：writting sooner could slow the process.
之后给dos打电话，回复说：材料仍然在上海check；
七月中在其给定的时间发email过去，一直没有回复；
在被check八周多的时候，给上海使馆email,回复说：check过程需要3-4周，也可能几
个月。
现在快两个月了，还没有任何消息。

但是心里永远是中国人。入籍就这么回事，就好比是解决户口。美国本来就是移民的国
度，革命不分先后，我在这里工作、买房、交税，这里就是我的地皮，当然应该有公民

我也是十四年以前来美国。我是两年半以前面试的，但Name Check居然拖了两年半！本
来面试一百二十天之后就可以告他们（Writ of Mandamus)，但总有别的烦心事，而且
心存侥幸，想“可能下个月就会寄来通知了吧”，一只就拖了下来。后来终于下定决心
准备好了材料，却就在即将要寄出去的时候却收到了宣誓的通知。前几天看到有人也是
十四年以后入籍，殊途同归吧，呵呵！
现在回头看看，美国人的游戏规则就是这样，移民政策，可能永远不会高效率，但是只
要按规则办事，一步步地最终还是会走到头。美国地移民政策本身就是一个淘汰系统，

I also got the letter from IO to submit a formal request to relink in
writting. I did it last Tuesday. Looks like asking for written request is a
stand procedure for relinking.
Hope it's my turn soon.

submit transfer request in
WRITTING的RFE. 之后还有一次LUD, 是说他们收到我的RFE Response. 再之后，直到批
准，没有LUD. |
