是否能看见双方的交通灯。闯红灯的车应该是跟那两个witness的车是同一方向来的，
所以witness肯定能看见肇事车是闯红灯的。所以我们就打电话过去找那个警察想说清
楚他的报告里的两辆车的方向不对，想让他加上我们的statement，留了言等他打回来
。没想到他打回来后，极不耐烦的说他所知道的都在report里了，"I can do nothing
about the report now!" |

在美国结婚的程序是，
1） 拿licence
2） 约officiant，定好时间地点，
3） 带上witness和licence到地点进行仪式，officiant签名，witnesses签名，然后ce
rtificate就会寄给你
注：拿licence需要出具driver licience/passport 和 出生证明。我当时没有出生证明
，跟他们说了一下拿中国身份证加翻译搞定。很多地方连这个都不需要，有些地方恐怕
就比较严格，你问清楚就是了。还有licence一般30到60天就会过期，一定要在这个时
间内进行结婚仪式。
officiants 的列表，你去拿licence的时候，他们会给你，现在不用操心，找county c
lerk也就75刀,听说有更便宜的。
witness有些地方需要一个，有些地方需要两个。 |

接电话的人说接下来24小时之内会有adjuster联系我
29号等了一天也没人来，就打电话问了一下我的agent
她帮我查了一下，竟然发现根本没有给我 assign adjuster
于是她联系保险公司给了assign一个
等到周一，7月2号，来电话了，问了问我知道的情况和witness的联系方法
然后我fax了警察给我的collision report 的copy，特意告诉it那个witness是说广东
话的
it说她们有翻译，说她们会调查，最晚周五（7月6号）给我回复
到了这周一（昨天）也没call我，于是我就打过去问问
结果it说不记得答应过我回复我的事，
考！不记得就不记得吧，那调查的咋样？得到信息如下：
1.作律师楼的坚称没有撞过我的车
2.我的witness在取证过程中不知为何忽然怒了，最后没有完成statement
3.it在等作律师楼的的照片，要用以判断it的车是否撞过
我说那警察的report呢？ it说收到了不过只有information，没有说明是谁的责任

有斑马线。警察说我们fail to yield to pedestrian。天地良心那人站的地方不在斑

斜对面一辆车子冲过来说这是它看到的位子，正在诧异的时候，这人渣居然直接冲过来
，撞到我drive side 上，搞了一个很大的scratch，从前门到后门。然后说我block了
它的way，我丢了个去的。它明显是故意的。好在有个witness，留了电话。另外一个
witness看到这人渣很rude，也愿意做我的witness。当时要它的insurance
information，居然开车就跑。不知道是不是知道我照了它的车牌。过了10分钟又开过
来找我留insurance information。打电话给它的保险公司，file 了个claim。不知道
是否能成功against它。
不知道可不可以找个律师，告它人身伤害或者故意杀人之类的，因为它明显故意撞我的
车子。车子里我儿子还有怀孕的老婆都在车子里。如果它速度快，后果不敢设想啊。

witness举报的车是后面中东人的车，这样不利于lz的witness反而成为一个有利于lz的
witness
不过lz如果要用这个突破口，最好先检查一下自己车头的照片和第一辆车的车尾碰撞痕
迹，看是否吻合，否则可能无法自圆其说，反而被judge认为有胡编乱造的嫌疑 |

我曾经见过双色的Match和全不锈钢的Limited，个人感觉就是握起来很舒服，尤其是那
支Limited的木把亮银身以及部件的运动顺畅程度给我留下了很深的印象

1 DK Eye Witness，我用得最多，也被人嘲笑很多。这个好处是图多，特别是在城内热
点地区的三维地图。缺点是很多交通信息不全。如果去小城镇比较多，怎么去，时间怎
么安排。交通是空白。
纸质和封面比较皮实，优点是经得起翻，缺点是比较重。
2 Frommer，用过一次。总觉得它的组织不太好。里面那些比如Paris in one day, in
two days,之类时间安排都是超级走马观花，重量不重质，对于稍微严肃一点的旅友都
是毫无用处的。但是他对于景点有星级评价。这个对于时间有限的游客的取舍很有用。
3 Lonely Planet，从来没有买过，但是每次都发现DK Eye Witness不足，会去书店翻
翻他的相同国家的书。信息量很大。不过读起来有点累。相对于DK Eye Witness，他对
于小城镇的信息和如何去，有什么本地交通，非常详尽。
4 Rick Steves，最近刚刚买了一本。内容很详尽，适合于自助游前的研究。包括小地
方的交通，热门景点怎么避免人流，怎么了解当地文化。但是景点的取舍很主观。他不
推荐的就根本提都不提。

可以说你自己判断是全停了,但DA/JUDGE的逻辑是COP 有专门的TRAINGING/EXPERIENCE,
他看到/判断的比你准, 所以仅是HE SAID VS YOU SAID 你必输,你得有个比COP 看到/
判断的更硬的证据.
