开局就很揪心：大浪滔天的海上，一个小小的人头时隐时现。随后是海啸之后的宁静，
汪洋之中的小岛，黑夜过后的蓝天、碧海、黄沙、翠竹。那海和海滩的颜色和形状首先
让人心醉，让我想起以前在版上推介过的日本连环画《出发！坐车去海边》里相似的海
：蓝绿的海水，温黄的沙滩，一派舒展和辽远。真想去日本看一看海——
而满目的绿色竹林更令眼睛惬意，心中亲切：
从此可见该片画风：画面以大面积的单色调色块为主，风格纯净；同一色调中包含深浅
明暗等细腻丰富的层次；线条亦简洁舒展。另，全片无对话，只有几个嘿——呀——等
抒情象声词。每一样都深合我意，看得舒服。
故事又极符合人与自然相和谐的典型宫崎骏式主题。男主与海浪搏斗，船翻人溺；与孤
岛搏斗，三次出逃而三次竹筏被毁；与海龟搏斗，最终转向和好，亲密相处，终老一生
。这比打死苍蝇的故事好多啦……人在自然面前固然渺小，却是能在万物关连中找到安
身立命之处的。

，结果一开冰箱，门就砸到眼睛上，眼镜基本砸坏，更郁闷的是，眼眶被砸肿。
店主当时offer cover 医院的全部费用，但我有保险，而且去医院以后也没有什么更多
的treatent，就是冰敷。店主也说会cover换新眼镜的费用。
回家以后，眼睛周围由于内出血积了很多淤青，想想一周以后就是wedding，真是非常
不爽。昨天去了眼镜店，新眼镜估价500。今天给店主打电话，店主说跟什么owner商量
，然后就不接我们的电话了，给他留言无数也不会电话，后来直到我们在留言里提到当
时有witness（他不知道当时有witness在场，而且我们也有witness的联系方式），而
且我们已经联络了witness，然后他才回电话说可以cover跟原来的眼镜similar level
的新眼镜。

我在《朱学勤学术道德和学术水平的覆灭》一文中已列举了朱学勤博士论文《道德理想
国的覆灭》6则低级翻译错误的例子。这些都是引用历史文献的部分，必须忠实于原意
，没有译者发挥的余地，出现的错误都是由于误读造成的。非引言部分类似的误译也比
比皆是，我没举这方面的例子，是为了避免朱的支持者狡辩说那不是误译，而是朱自己
的观点。
我再举出该书中一些错误翻译的例子。这只是朱学勤连篇翻译错误中的一部分，但已足
以说明朱学勤并不具有阅读英文原著的能力，如此大面积的、低级的翻译错误，也说明
了其博士论文不合格，据此出的书是劣质出版物。
朱学勤的英语能力应该只是能查字典，单词分开能认得，放在一块就搞不明白了，简单

Military Tribunal for the Far East Judgment）网上居然有英语全文，那可是1500
页的文件啊。
我从不知道，这么重要的第二次世界大战的文件，网上居然可以轻易找到！国内媒体好
像从来没有宣传过这件事。我查了国家图书馆的数据库，发现这个文件很可能没有出版
过中译本。我不知道台湾是否出过中译本，当年南京政府应该有中文版的。
我对这个事情很不理解。
这是第一手的历史原件，历史价值就不用说了，对于爱国主义教育和揭露日本军国主义
的罪行，都有巨大的价值。可是，为什么大家都不知道呢？这是公共领域的材料，没有

门负责"hit & run"的。witness是个女警察，她说司机撞了后，下车查看了一下，然后
走了。报案时记录的警察说这样就是crime了，不过我也对他们不报啥希望，虽然事情
很简单，有车牌一查就查到。刚才又碰到了那个witness，她问我怎样了，我告诉她没

今天，我非常震惊地发现，1946年《远东国际军事法庭判决书》（International
Military Tribunal for the Far East Judgment）网上居然有英语全文，那可是1500
页的文件啊。
我从不知道，这么重要的第二次世界大战的文件，网上居然可以轻易找到！国内媒体好
像从来没有宣传过这件事。我查了国家图书馆的数据库，发现这个文件很可能没有出版
过中译本。我不知道台湾是否出过中译本，当年南京政府应该有中文版的。
我对这个事情很不理解。
这是第一手的历史原件，历史价值就不用说了，对于爱国主义教育和揭露日本军国主义
的罪行，都有巨大的价值。可是，为什么大家都不知道呢？这是公共领域的材料，没有
