简单的说，定了个要租房，后来我change mind,结果 evil realtor 黑了我deposit一
千多， 我根本没拿door key, 楞是不还，怎么打电话，面谈都没用。
怎么办，去small claim court.
结果我要回 全部 deposit 并由对方出 court fee $30
small claim court 各州最高金额不一样 多数3000到5000
直接在当地file, 等1-2个月开庭，拿着你们转钱的证据，要court order.
之后拿small claim court 各州最高金额,或是你被骗金额whichever lower的 court
order, 去BOA paypal 要求reverse
钱。
他BOA, paypal被冻结,根本不可能取得出钱去。
超过small claim court 最高金额的就比较麻烦了。要找律师办。

Depends on your field, the decision might be different. As far as I know,
North Carolina has many ECE/CS industries for electronics and
telecommunication.
For Colorado, maybe you can find some defense related industries.
