我个人不反对同婚、群婚、近亲婚，从技术上很难说我支持什么婚，因为我觉得结婚是
很私人的事，如果一个素不相识的人跑来跟我说“我赞成你结婚”——我一定会觉得他
/她神经有问题，同样道理让我给别人的婚姻背书，会是很奇怪很不舒服的一种感觉。
我只能说，神志清醒正常的成年人在一定适当程度内不损害他人权益的条件下，有权利
选择彼此为共同生活伴侣并享受其他伴侣同等的权益。正是基于这个立场，我看不出有
什么理由来反对同婚、群婚和近亲婚。
个人与社会的关系，我赞成个人有必要在明显地较大程度地有益社会的前提下牺牲个人
利益。举个例子，曾经有个女教师跟未成年的男学生发生关系，被判刑入狱，期间还生
下了两人共同的孩子。其实这两个人真心相爱，后来女教师出狱，男学生成年，于是自
愿结婚，之后又生下了第二个孩子。
从这个特例来看，似乎没必要让女教师坐牢，显然她跟男学生是两情相悦，不存在胁迫
威胁甚至虐待的情况。但是，相信大家都同意，不能因为这个特例而改变法律，因为未
成年人普遍身心不够成熟，缺乏足够地分析判断力，外加教师与学生的上下级关系，非

从我做起, 从现在做起! 我们还来得及反对SCA5. 目前, 加州众议院的80席中, 有55席
民主党, 25席共和党. 对这个法案SCA5的支持是党派分票, 所以我们只需要保证 2个以
上民主党议员勇敢地站出来, 投票反对, 我们就可以让法案胎死腹中. 现在我们可以做
的是写信给代表我们选区的加州众议员, 去他们的网站给他们写.

1999年是美国LGBT运动收获元年，针对gay集中度高的部队，国会通过'don't ask,
dont tell'政策。LGBT法律权益之火从此燎原。老川对此公开赞扬，希拉里公开反对。
2000年，川普说应该给1964年美国民权法案附加禁止性取向歧视。1964民权法案保护宗
教，性别，种族，国籍，结束了美国立国以来种族隔离政策，是人权进步的里程碑，影
