年份来维修吗？
一辆Honda accord 2000的车，supposed是7年或者10k miles换timing belt，
whichever comes first。但如果现在才六七万迈的话，去换timing belt很有必要么？
前面有人说honda timing belt不到10万迈就没必要换。

很多厂家还有时间限制，号称whichever comes first，但是很多新车从出厂到最后售
出，可能已经耗时半年以上了，原厂机油肯定是出厂时就加进去了，那理论上讲岂不是
应该换回机油再出dealer的门儿啊？
所以我觉得按照时间保养有点joke的意思，只要不是开得过少，基本可以按照里程保养 |

whichever comes first. in the real world, you should really do the service
no more than 5K mile or 6 months. But because bmw would charge you to do the
extra maint. many owner neglect this...
oil change is less than $100, the volvo dealership covers for 3 year, that
would only cost them $300..

查了一下这个网址

子以后
外州贴纸还是有效 这时候你已经换纽约车牌了 但是外州的检查贴纸还是有效
直到贴纸失效或是注册一年以后 看哪一个先到

One of the problems with non-manufacturer-run dealerships is that MSRP is
simply a suggestion and if something hot rolls through the door, there's no
reason they won't add a few grand on top of MSRP to help boost profits.
Imagine if Apple stores were privately owned instead of corporate run; you
can bet the markup would've been at least 100% of MSRP.
That makes the just-under-20% currently being dropped on top of the 2013

两个月前搬到纽约，车在纽约register了。被DMV的人告知我外州的inspection
sticker仍然生效，于是就没有给我那张10天延期的inspection单子。

tutututut…。
叫了AAA jump start, 开去toyota dealer 换新电池，说新车保 36 months or 36,000
miles whichever comes first. 过一天，toyota 也不会cover。否则，toyota会负责
换新的电池的cost，还有开始新的warranty。
问题是，上一两个月，就有症状了，有一次 打了好几次，以为不行了，最终还是着了
，当时的确吓坏，想着一定要去查一查电池。可是，尽管这一个月有时听到打火声音不
太好，却始终没采取行动。（又有点责备领导，说啥：他的福特车都四年了，电池都好
的，我点电池咋会有问题，啥的，----睡不着觉怪床歪一下）。
这下，彻底死了后，白白的浪费了$130+。 更气自己为啥好了伤疤忘了痛，不及时了解
一下warranty 的情况-读读说明书或上网一搜或打个电话去dealer-1 分钟的就搞清楚
了，把问题解决了。一念之差，拖拖拉拉，到头来。。

Dealer说需要换机油的时候，仪表盘上会有指示灯提示的。好像说是一般来讲大概10K
miles左右或者1年，whichever comes first.
刚才在网上搜了一下相关评论，大家都是众说纷纭的。做为不懂车的人真心不知道是不
是该听dealer的话。
现在车子已经开了4.5K miles左右了，因为经常要跑长途，就很担心车子会在路上出什
么问题。
