发帖数: 804 | 2 最近突然心血来潮打算把家里的车做sound deadening. 搜了下，通常噪音来自于几方
面：轮胎和路面接触噪音，发动机噪音，和风的噪音。 专业的解决办法是把车里的
dashboard,座椅和carpet全部拆除，然后装sound deadening材料如dynamat，这个是常
见比较贵的牌子，ebay和amazon也有便宜的，有的从homedepot和lowes买房屋降噪的材
料就更便宜了。追求极致的连roof也做。
我没有那么handy和有耐心，不打算整车都做，只挑了trunk 做了，用的是amazon的某
个牌子。做了两辆车，一个MDX和volt. 说起Volt,减噪还是下了些功夫的（cruze也一
样)，trunk里有一些sound deadening材料，材料很均匀，不是廉价沥青的那种- 据说
国产低挡奔驰和奥迪有的过一段时间很臭，不负责的猜测是用了廉价的降噪材料，天气
一热就露馅了。做完这个之后感觉VOLT噪音似乎有所减少，MDX很难辨别。其实这俩车
不好比，一个本来就很安静，另外一个是轰大的以吵著称。

问题大不大？完整的英文summary在下面，摘抄重点及问题如下：
1.Balcony木头坏了几块，seller说会给修，有可能借机敲诈一笔credit吗？
2. 我比较担心的是siding上的木头看着有点糟了，正在等termite report.这个修起来
复杂不？
3. 另外insector能看到的地方有一块瓦裂了，推荐roofer给具体看看。25年的房子是
不是该全面换了？

GPS is pretty helpful. You can download track files (tpo or gpx) from 14ers.
com and load it onto your GPS. Or you can turn on the tracking at Keyhole
and leave it on all the way to the summit, then follow your own track back.

beautiful alpine wild flowers and the charming reflection lake. I originally
have given up the idea because of the bad weather forecast, but this
morning I just found out that Saturday will be sunny and 0% of rain at Mt.
Rainier national park.
Anyone would like to join? I can drive or carpool. Either way, just want to
visit Mt Rainier again, and possibly make some new friends.

To answer your question regarding weather (为什么报告中提到的好天气没有出现
呢) - weather forecast may not be accurate. Isn't that common sense???
Wait for favorable weather window for a climb. If weather turns sour during
the climb, turn around. Wait for the next chance. As simple as that. |

Sythentic hybrid: Main 55lbs gosen micro 17, Cross some multi 17 at 55lbs
too, still a lot of control under 80+ weather.
If it's really hot weather, I tend to use Poly setup.
If it's below 60F weather, I tend to use Synthetic setup, but with 52lbs
main and cross. |

出发之前看到说啥黄石早晚很冷，夏天也要穿厚衣服什么的
于是没怎么带薄衣服，只带了很多长袖厚衣服和夹克，甚至想到了羽绒服，后来箱子没
地放放弃了
到了黄石之后我真无语了
温度包括早晚都很热，高温都是90度朝上，几乎所有人都是裤子或短裤+T-shirt
看来精华区什么的不能太当真了
说啥黄石吃饭不是问题的也歇了吧，除非身为老中真能一天三顿都是三明治撑一周下来
，我也算服了。否则自己想办法吧。我很幸运的在salt lake city买了十几包方便面和
若干黄瓜西红柿。白天在路上三明治，晚上回来两包方便面，总算撑了下来。
