事情是这样的，圣诞前某个早上，我们这里大雾，能见度很低，大约20~30米左右。
我在一个路口左转，路口有stop sign。因为有雾，我已经很小心的，等路上看不见
车辆了才开始转弯。但是快到路中间的时候，一辆suv从雾里面蹿出来。因为对方没
有开任何车灯，而且速度很快，所以等我看到的时候已经晚了。结果是对方车头撞
到了我车中间偏后门一点。
事故发生后，警察救护车都来了。事故双方（我方两人，对方五六人）都被马上送
到医院。警察当时也没有问我问题，只是要了我的车辆和保险信息。事故之后，警
察也再没联系过我。但是今天我去警察局，拿到一张绿色的纸，上面写明是我的责
任：contributed to collision (Yes)。我就觉得非常的不公平，因为在我看来事
故应该是对方的责任才对。我查询了我们周的traffic law，有两条相关条款我认为
对方违反了

1) electric heat: it is very cheap and usually wired in the AHU, just a few
hundreds. But it only works well in FL, South TX, AZ and south CA. Its
efficiency is =1 and it is poor. But it is cheap. In south FL, you may only
have 1 week need heating, why spend almost double the price to buy a HP?
2) HP: it works great in mild weather and you are correct. It starts to have
defrost cycle around 35-47^F and it has to be combined with electric heat

上次发文我从staples买的显示器，到达本地后UPS两周多了都没投递给我，没风没雨没
雪没冰的，大太阳天！每天都早上out for delivery，下午就改成emergency
condition beyond UPS control，连着将近两周时间，实在受不了了，要求staples追
回包裹，不要了。结果staples发出请求的当天就从GA运回了NC，第二天一大早就
delivery back to staples了！靠啊！

个人比较倾向Limited，因为想要皮椅和Power rear gate，但是package实在有点看不懂

cold weather可以省去，还应该把钱用在刀刃上，提高车子的安全性和更操控性。
cold weather package就是加热座椅和方向盘。大雪天，进车内也就刚一下子觉得座椅
冰冷（其实也不一定，因为冬天的衣裤都很厚）。我来美国第一辆是二手车，但是带加
热皮座椅。但是真的很少用，因为加热，但是不能调节温度。很多时候，有火烧屁股的
感觉，后来索性就不再用了。直接买了5块钱的软布坐垫，放在屁股下面，又舒服又隔
冷，又不丑。
我买X3的时候，周围的美国同事，还有滴乐，都是建议添加cold weather，说怎么怎么
好。其实就很简单，这个玩意，有也可以，无也可以。预算足，就上。预算不足，就下
。不能说我在北方寒冷地区，这个就是必配。马路上跑的车子，没加热座椅的太多了。
BMW 如果没有premium package，体验真的差很多。cold weather package也不能给你
带来BMW应有的体验。
