“可以说现在网上大部分说“在美国如何买枪，在美国持枪须知”等文章99% 都是扯淡
，不是说他们不对。 而是枪权是州权，上面加上一个联邦政府枪支管理条例。 因此美
国有51部枪法，各州情况都有不同，从就差菜刀实名的麻省，到除了连发机枪随便买的
New Hampshire（实际上你可以买单发的机枪。。。）从注册要拥有非常繁琐的纽约州
，到无序出具任何证件，连国际学生都可以随便买枪（不是持枪，请注意区别）的俄亥
俄。美国各地差距极大。 因此随便看看那些网文就去买枪的主，我为你们默哀。。。”
